It has been almost ten years since they have had a new outfit and with your help they will not have to wait much longer.

- Entrants must be between 5-15 years old
- Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Canada, the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.
- $5,000 scholarship
