A few recipes and coupons for some refreshing Mediterranean dishes!

I received my newsletter from Filippo Berio today and they have some YUMMY recipes for the summer to share!  We love mediterranean food - it is so fresh and healthy.  Many of the dishes are super easy to whip up and great for a light, cool, summer meal or refreshing afternoon snack.

A couple of my favorites:

Bruschetta

a lil italian language lesson:  the "ch" in bruschetta is said like the "ch" in chianti, not like the "ch" in Cher :-)

Insalata Caprese
this with a warm loaf of french bread is heaven!
