Cellfire FAQ

Let's get started!

1.Register for Cellfire for free. They ask you for some basic information to identify yourself.
2.Browse and save the coupons you want to use. When you save your first coupon, enter your savings card number.
3.Use your savings card at checkout to redeem your coupons. It's that easy!

FAQ

Q. Will Cellfire work on my phone?
A. The Cellfire application is available for many phones. Go to Get Cellfire Now to see if your phone is supported by the application or Cellfire Express.

Q. Can I save Cellfire Grocery Coupons from my PC?
A. Yes, Cellfire Grocery Coupons can be saved from the PC. Simply complete registration and then when prompted choose "Go to Deals." To save an offer click on "Save to Card" and add your savings card number.

Q. How do I get Cellfire?
A. To use Cellfire on your PC, complete registration and then when prompted choose "Start Saving Offers."

Q. Can I register for Cellfire with a home phone number?
A. No, Cellfire requires a valid cell phone number to create an account.

Q. How do I get a savings card?
A. Please visit the customer service desk at your local grocery store and ask for a savings card application. In most cases you will receive a card on the spot. Before you can add your card to Cellfire, please activate your card by using it at checkout and then waiting 30 minutes before saving offers to it.

Q. How do I use Cellfire to save coupons to my savings card?
A. When you find a coupon you want to use, simply select "Save to My Savings Card" and you will be prompted to enter your savings card number or the phone number associated with your savings card. Coupons that you save will be automatically linked to your savings card. To redeem your coupons, simply use your card at checkout.

Using Cellfire

Q. My family shares one card. Can we all use it with Cellfire?
A. Unfortunately, you cannot share a saving card across multiple Cellfire accounts.

Q. How come I could not add my savings card to Cellfire?
A. First verify that your card number (found on the back of your card, underneath the bar code) has been entered correctly. If you received a message that your card was assigned to another account, please enter a different card number. If you received a message that your card could be found, this may be because you have a recently issued card. Please use your card and wait 30 minutes before trying to add your card again.

A. Cellfire offers are just like paper coupons. You must conform to the exact product description in order for the discount to be applied. If you encounter a problem, please contact Cellfire Support for assistance and they will be happy to resolve the issue for you.

Q. Can I use a paper coupon with a Cellfire coupon?
A. Cellfire does not encourage the use of paper coupons with Cellfire coupons.

Q. Can I use a Cellfire coupon with other e-coupons?
A. No, only one e-coupon is allowed per item.

Q. I have multiple e-coupons for a product. Which one will be applied at checkout?
A. The coupon that provides the highest consumer benefit will be applied first. Another way to read this is: the coupon that will allow you the maximum potential savings will be applied first.

Q. If I have 2 of the same product and I have 2 Cellfire coupons for that product, can I purchase them both in the same transaction?
A. No, the Cellfire coupon code can only be applied once per product, per transaction. In order to get your discount for the second item, please ask the cashier to ring it up separately.

Q. If I have 2 or more of the same product and I have 2 e-coupons for that product, including a Cellfire coupon, can I purchase them in the same transaction and get my discount?
A. For some grocers, you may only use one e-coupon per product per transaction. In order to get all of your applicable discounts, please ask the cashier to ring up your items in separate transactions.

Q. How can I tell whether a coupon has been saved to my card?
A. On the phone: In Cellfire, your coupon will be ready for use when the clock icon does NOT appear next to the coupon. The coupon status can be checked by selecting Update. Please allow 10 minutes for the coupon to be ready for use. In Cellfire Express, your coupon will be ready for use when "pending" does NOT appear next to the coupon. The coupon status can be checked by selecting refresh in your phone's mobile browser.
On the PC: Coupons that you have saved to your card will show up on the Account Overview page when you are logged in.

Q. What happened to the coupons I saw on Cellfire some time ago?
A. Cellfire coupons have an expiration date. Once those coupons expire, they will disappear from Cellfire but may likely reappear at a later date. To make sure you don't miss out on coupons you want to use, select "Save to My Plus Card" to have them automatically sent to your savings card.
Q. Can I remove a grocery coupon after it's been saved?
A. Grocery coupons cannot be removed from your Saved Offers page unless they expire or are used with a purchase at the store.

Q. How many grocery coupons can I save to my savings card?
A. There are no limits except if you are using Cellfire with a phone with low memory. For those phones, you will be prompted when Cellfire has no available memory to save new offers.

Q. What happens to expired coupons?
A. Expired coupons are removed from your account and are not available for use. However, many coupons become available again at a later date.

Q. Why didn't my generic $ off coupons work?
A. Please keep in mind that there is a minimum purchase requirement to use a generic $ off coupon. If you met the minimum purchase and still were unable to use the Thank You coupon, please contact Customer Service at 1-866-690-6369

Q. What if Cellfire Grocery Coupons are not available at the grocery store I shop at?
A. At the moment this program is available in select regions across the United States. We will soon be expanding to a store near you.
